So out of boredom today I was reading some of the K/DA lore, and I came across something interesting in Evelynn's bio. Under her "8 facts", it lists Karthus as "an artist she takes inspiration from". Also, if you read the lore, K/DA exists in our world. And if you look at Pentakill's lore, you'll find that they exist in Runeterra. Now I may be jumping to conclusions here, but to me, this means that Runeterra and Earth exist side by side, together. Eve references Karthus as a person, not simply a character from a game. I have no idea if any of this is true, but it has become my headcannon. Thoughts?

Pentakill exists in more realities. This fact also counts for: K/DA, Pantheons bakery(this fact (at least for Pantheons bakery) is confirmed by PF Ezreal).
