Riot why don't you recommend what to max first on champs in spotlights anymore?

I rewatched Jhin's spotlight and saw that it never mentioned what to max first on him.

Sure a decent player would figure it out quickly but a new player has no idea what to max first if he/she goes off the spotlights.

Maybe put on champion pages what is recommended to max first or back in the spotlight? I have been asked by many Jhin whether to max W or Q first or if they max W/Q or E second.

I'm still not sure whether to max Q or W second. Qtpie said if you don't max Q first it's not even worth using, so that's all I really have to go off of at the moment. It seems like W should be the way to go.

Phreak said it's for the same reason that they don't recommend mastery/rune pages anymore either, because there isn't necessarily one right way to do it. They also want new players to figure out strategies for themselves, instead of telling them this is how you are "supposed" to play.

In Jhin's case, it is possible that you could get away with maxing either Q or W first. (Multi-target/waveclear or long range poke/CC)

Because people might figure out that a different skill order is better anyway.

Imagine if Jhin gets a buff to his W,then suddenly it might be better to skill the W first, but if his Q gets a buff, then it is probably better to max Q first.
