This really feels like a zed splash
It's cool but as far as being Talon...
It has braids that visually look more like Rengar, mask & weapon/pose that look like Zed, and he's missing his signature hood.

I've seen some good splash arts in my day, this is now one of them.
Reminds me too much of Zed. I'm not seeing enough "Talon" here. Guess this will make 2 Talon skins I don't want (the other being Crimson Elite). Ah well, can't have everything I guess.
If I didn't know any better I would have assumed it was Zed. There's nothing distinguishing in the artwork to tell otherwise, in fact quite the opposite... too much of it is reminiscent of him and his playstyle.

All of the blood moon splash arts were just flat out beautiful. Really set the bar high for future art.
