They're all different skin universes. Pulsefire is about time cops and travelers, Battlecast is a Viktor apocalypse world with resistance fighters, Mecha is a universe with robot mechs who fight off kaijus and PROJECT is a cyberpunk world controlled by corporations who create cyborg fighters to keep control as well as the rogue PROGRAMs. Nunubot doesn't have a set yet
Battlecast -its own universe; shares it with Resistance Mecha - its own universe; shares it with Kaiju Program - its own universe, shares it with PROJECT Pulsefire - its own universe (time travelers can visit different spaces and time periods) Nunu Bot - its own universe, could potentially put Cyberpop Zoe in that one if they wanted to.
