I wanna know if this is true or not

I've seen lots of posts and youtube videos/comments regarding the Omega Squad skins and that all the yordles should have got one. (i'm still a little salty that Kennen didn't get one) But looking at that stuff reminded me of something I heard when I was just getting into League. I heard that Ziggs was supposed to have a skin similar to the OS skins. I think it was called Bomb-Squad Ziggs, or Explosive-Tactician Ziggs. Something like that. I remember he wore a S.W.A.T. uniform. His bombs were grenades, his W/E were land-mines, and his ult was a nuke. The source I heard it from said "this skin got cancelled because the design was too realistic." I saw a picture of what it could have been, and I'm gonna see if I can find it. I just wanna know if anyone knows if this was canon or not, and if this skin actually could have existed?
