Question for Reav3/world team

How hard would it be to give every item a unique icon and flavor text based on the region the character is from? I ask because it seems like a way for the work the world team does to actually be represented in game. For example Amumu is a yordle, his items would have the yordle icons and flavor texts however Sona is from Demancia so her items would be Demancian themed. I'd also like to argue for an option for region specific item names but that might be punishing. So Soraka's name for Ardent Censor would be different from Sona's if you opt into the unique names.
