If Noxus finds out Demacia has the World Runes
They will launch an immediate attack with full force. Imagine Ryze screws Demacia over.

There's a lot of nations between Noxus' most advanced borders, and Demacia. These guys can't just waltz on in and lay siege...
I mean, they could travel by sea... but they'd have to go through Piltover to avoid going around Shurima (and avoid passing Icathia) which would add months to the journey. And if Piltover was even slightly smart about keeping their stance neutral, they'd charge HUGE hazard rates for military vessels to pass through the Sun Gates, or just block them entirely. I mean, Noxus can't risk that relationship, if they want to maintain their foothold on the northern coast of Shurima!
It's almost like... you know, a REAL world, with consequences and very delicate political stalemates, which can be undone but then you have to face other consequences.

How is Noxus supposed to find out Demacia has world runes if even Demacia doesn't know they have world runes?
If ryze is the only person who knows I don't think noxus is gonna find out and if they do wtf are they gonna do to ryze
Noxus are not really all about "War!!!! Power!!!!" anymore. The people just want land. Plus note what Swain says "Fear the power you don't see". So if he knew he probably would keep it a secret too. I like to think that he actually knows about them (I mean the guy knows everything) but first thing he is smart enough to know what they can cause and second he is already granted great power and it seems that he can control it. Plus that the powers are from a demon so it probably can take control over him if he couldn't contol it. Swain is far more reasonable than the last grand general that's for certain. At least he can think for himself.
If noxus finds out? then good bye demacia, fucking hated you cancerous champion bastards anyway.
I don't think Demacia knows they have the world runes
Wouldn't then the powerful individuals who helped Ryze come and defend Demacia? Even if indirectly, doubt they collected the runs with him just to let them get in the hands of Noxus. Nasus alone is a powerful ascendant that would be a difficult oponent for Noxus, plus Ryze, who is apparently extremely powerful, he alone could probably decimate Noxus' army of regular soldiers. Dunno if the powerful people of Noxus like Swain can stand up to Ryze.
I mean, does Demacia even know that Demacia has the World Runes? Unless the vault is somehow tied to Kayle & Morgana (and Morgana is spiteful enough to tell the Noxians where the World Runes are), I don't see the Noxians having any idea where the World Runes are located.
Note: For those wondering why I brought up Kayle & Morgana, they are listed as Demacian Champions (more specifically, they originate, geographically, from the area in which modern Demacia is located) on the new map of Runeterra.
