Hey, what if its not that the new champ acts every 2 days cuz he wants to

But rather cuz he has to. Imagine if instead of gaining an ability point every level, he gains one every 2 levels? I thought of this, and the way it works out, if he still has the level 18 cap, he would get 9 points. 9 cant go into 4 abilities obviously, and if ult is counted outside the basics as only needing one, you get 8 for 3 abilities, so that doesnt work, until you give ult 3 points, but then all the others get 2 points each. so here is my idea. he had the 3 main abilities, with 3 points each, and his ult levels up automatically at 6/11/16, like how jayce does.
