More Summoner's rift maps, Underwater SR Skin request

I don't know why Riot doesn't let old map skins stay such as Winter SR, Blood Moom SR arcade SR. It would be fun to see more maps for the rift itself and if you guys could let them be instead of removing then after a season it would be great or could you guys do like a seasonal rift skin Spring, Summer,Winter,Autumn. Winter: Winter SR Skin Summer: Sandy SR Skin Autumun:Autumn leaves and reddish brown bushes Spring: Classic Rift Skin

More than champ skins I look forward to Summoner Rift Skins and it would be great if you guys could release more skins for the map itself.

Could you guys also use the server clock and keep a day and night visual for summoner's rift similar to Dota. Please I dream of playing a Summoner's Rift Game when it's all dark and different music at different times of the day. (I think adding more variations to the rift would actually improve my player experience).
