And as I always say: This is mainly for data and review. Champs that are heavily outdated, getting/ are in the process of reworks currently are possibly not going to get new skins any time soon, unless they do out of the blue like Fiddlesticks. I DO NOT count VGU's as new skins. It does not add anything new to a champs skin line up, only a redesign about a certain theme of the name. If you don't agree with that, fine but don't tell me I'm wrong about it, go make your own damn list with your own rules. I'm sticking with mine.

With that said, it sucks that the list has grown since the list time I posted one of these. But outside of my opinions, what are yours on the matter?

Zilean Shaco already confirmed for skins this year

Mordekaiser is ineligible for skins till his VGU is released.

Honestly, the skins are coming by demand 95% of the time, and you linked some of the least played champs here. A few diamonds in the rough like reksai in this list are played professionally, otherwise, why throw resources at champs that maybe a couple thousand of people would buy?

I'd had a permanent lux skin team because everytime they release a lux skin they get millions of dollars. Release a udyr skin and get $70

Nunu, Shaco, Zilean, and "many others" are getting skins this year.

Varus has Conqueror, Conqueror Championship and Victorious are chosen by Riot therefore you should change the list, Riot said on multiple accounts that they def count because they only chose skins for them if there is no other skins in development for them, plus you already counted in Championship Kalista.

Pantheon Volibear Nocturne might be the 3 highest priority for the next VGUs, there is two VGU in development, likely coming in 2019 and I am sure two of this three will be reworked.
