I'm pleased that this skin is lumping the oddball high fantasy skins into this grisly, dark horror, Grimm's Fairy Tales world. I like that Emerald Taric refers to him as a member of the Emerald Chapel, and not just the gem, as well as placing the Elderwood, Death Blossom and Dark Omens in the same world.

Well just because a skin has some lines for other skinlines doesn't mean that they are necessarily related.

I mean Programm Camille has a special line for Mecha Zero Sion,even though it was confirmed that the 2 skinlines are seperate.

Though with this many lines for all the elderwoods,coven and other nature-themed skins I'd say it is very likely that eclipse is part of that Skin-universe.
