Choosing Level Icons

I feel like players should be able to choose what level icon they want to use for their profile. Let's say, for example, I reach level 150, receive the profile border and then reach level 175. In that case, I would lose the level 150 border -- which I really like because I main Shadow Isles champs and love the lore.

Having the ability to choose which border you want would allow players who love a particular skin theme to enjoy looking at their profile screen's aesthetics.

Not sure if this is something Riot is interested in implementing but I would love this. I haven't quite gotten there yet but I'm super hype for the level 175 Shurima border.

Yeah. I'll probably sit on the 150-174 Summoner Icon Border until I unlock another one that I actually like because I'm pretty sure the next few that I unlock are pretty generic.

i like how it works now where the border shows youve reached that level but i do agree there are certain borders id rather have

Id love to as you say choose the border that i want for the profile and lobby pages and when friends hover over your name but i do feel like there needs to be a place where it shows the border of your level (hopefully in loading screens for season 9) cos i feel like its nice to show this is the level i am cos atm i am currently level 212 which is a lot higher than most of my friends so i like to show them this is my border now - but i have seen the level 250 border and i love it .. its an ice themed one and i love those ice kind of designs well that tied with magical/cosmic designs
