Ryze is the chosen one who needs to be escorted to fulfill his destiny (destroying the ONE RING) protecting the infinity runes

Miss Fortune is the team leader. A cunning crack shot and strategist with connections to help them get around

Nasus is the second in command. Loyal and capable of leading a second team when its necessary to split up. Also a hell of a fighter

Sona is the teams most powerful member when enraged, but generally plays a supportive role and is the team healer ( always need one)

Trundle is the dragon. Grumpy with a heart of gold. Some what gullible. You won't like him when he's angry.

Also a good summoners rift squad

So, Miss Fortune is the Leader, Nasus the Lancer, Ryze the Smart Guy, Trundle the Big Guy, and Sona is the Chick?

Wouldn't be Ryze the leader in any case? MissFortune can lead, of course. But for this kind of mission, she fullfils better the role of "badass with a heart of gold" or "quick witted rogue". She really doesn't have anything leading the team.
