Candy Ivern doesn't have short music at the start of the match

Hey! I have noticed that Candy Ivern doesn't play nice music at the start like original Ivern does. Basic Ivern has a chance to play it, its like starting feature on Jhin. Why is it so? Dear rito, can we fix this, please? Cause this little song does so much for the mood!
