as an example, rek'sai was released in december 11 2014 and has 2 skins (not including base). kai'sa was released march 7th 2018 and is set to obtain her 5th skin with the arcade skin coming out soon. i understand that popular champs will always get more skins, but a champion 4 years older than another champ and has much less skins, just isn't right. if only lux shared some of her 11 skins then all of the champions would be happy

Riot looks to make money and makes skins for popular champions even occasionally throwing out skins for less popular champs but since it makes them less return for the effort they cannot in a business sense always justify it. As far as their priorities they are doing a good job. Its not what you like but it doesnt mean its wrong
