Players should be able to choose the champion voicepacks

We should allow players to have the option to set champion voicepacks rather than just announcer voicepacks. The liberty was taken away when Riot made a patch to protect their assets and stop third party software with scripts.

I believe voicepacks wouldn't be problematic to allow. It's just a different language option. Sometimes I like listening to champions in Spanish and reading the client in English.
