Champion select sounds

There is an issue with the champion select sounds. There is too much and oftentimes I cant tell when I'm up to do something. There is just too much noise. I used the noises to tell me when I needed to do my part in champion select. I've also noticed that since the update many more queues have not gone through as I assume other people are often not aware when they are needed to chose their champion. I would appreciate the option to turn off all of the extra stuff other than when it is my turn to do something.
