Wukong's epithet should've been changed to "The Wuju Disciple" in the Vastayan lore update iirc, but that never came to fruition. Still should happen though.
Other than that change Vladimir, the Crimson Reaper. We already have Kayn the Shadow Reaper and he fits the title of reaper much more thoroughly. Change Vlad to "the Crimson Curator" or something artsy with some form of the word 'red.'

Thresh's is already great I really like "The Chain Warden" but I won't lie, I definitely already thought of two: "The Last Helian" owing to his lore depicting him as the last person in the main part of the order's compound who isn't mindless, or "The Fallen Guardian" because of the fall from grace in his lore. However, the former might work better if Thresh had a visual update and I know the latter works best for the current Thresh.
The Secret Weapon
He is no longer an artificial being, but something they found in the depth of Zaun. He is a self-made hero to protect the people of Zaun. Maybe something like "The Protective Slime".
Honorable mention:
Her English title "The Lady of Clockwork" is fine, her German one is not. In German, she is called "Die Aufziehpuppe", which translates to "the Wind-Up Doll". Considering that she was once human and is no longer just a machine built for killing, this name is misleading...

Change Cassiopeia to something like, the Alluring Serpent or even just The Serpent.
I'd probably change Anivia and Volibear to match their brother's description.

Also, "Monkey King" (or "Sun Wukong") is a Chinese mythical figure dating back several centuries; it's not some random 2009 Riot thing.
I think these subtitles are more likely to be removed than renovated at this point, anyway.
The Frost Archer is really to the point and doesn't sell Ashe's character as an idealistic leader that is trying to change tradition.
She's not the only one with a very matter-of-fact epithet though
