Zoe's Bubbles and Summoner Spells and Item Actives??

So, I was watching the new champ teaser, and I noticed that the bubbles on the ground during her gank against Jinx have the summoner spell pictures in them, and even item pictures representing item actives.

As Zoe goes to gank Jinx and Taric, I noticed that there were two bubbles in bot lane before Zoe's bubble hit anyone there. I suspect the bubbles are a passive and might start to appear when she's in range of champions or something.

If you watch closely from around :38 seconds or so, you see Zoe flash, and use her bubble which knocks off a small bubble from Jinx. This bubble has the protobelt picture. Zoe runs over the bubble and then uses flash again followed by the protobelt active, and you see more summoner spell bubbles fall off around Jinx, including a second flash, which Zoe picks up and uses to dodge Jinx's ult.

I think this means that the bubbles contain summoner spells and item actives, and Zoe can pick them up and use them immediately. I honestly don't know where she got the second flash from, as there was a flash bubble for her to pick up before she uses protobelt but you don't see her move over it.

I guess it's possible that instead of picking up the summoner spells/item actives and having them temporarily, it just refreshes them for immediate use? And then the bubbles that drop would only have the spells/item actives that Zoe has, rather than the ones the other champ has.
