Leave her long hair alone, Angel are suppose to have long hair it is by their nature. It is illegal to cut angels hair.

While I understand and agree with your point, where are you going with "Angels this and that!" Exactly? It's a champion Riot made, they can change any feature at any given time because it's THEIR world and THEIR characters.
Many angels are supposed to make you go insane upon seeing them because of their terrifying forms, but that's not the aspect Riot drew inspiration from.
