"Minor" in this case means a change Riot could conceivably make without having to record new stuff.

Here are some I came up with:

Rhaast's laugh plays whenever SA Kayn dies, and Kayn's laugh plays whenever Rhaast dies.

Karthus' "Die by my hand, and rise anew" quote plays every time he kills an enemy Ryze. And the "rise" part is played at a slightly higher volume than the rest of the quote because puns.

Thresh's "Wretched mongrels get the leash" quote plays upon a first encounter with any April Fool's dog skin.
