They really need to explain this. Is it different from the spirit world? Is it where the Targonians live? Why do they have access to it?

Interesting... It seems like the Watchers ARE considered Void Beasts considering this quote:

and... goddamnit, we will never know the truth about Jax with those anwers that are questions.
