Possible enemies for Ryze in his upcoming cinematic

With a new Ryze cinematic being released soon, as well as a Runeterra map, I can't stop thinking about who will he face. Knowing that this is also a lore event, I think it's pretty safe to assume that some champions are going to be featured in his cinematic, with at least one of them being the antagonist. So here are the champions I think would do the best at being Ryze's enemy in his cinematic. Brand Brand is said on the LoL universe website to be enemies with Ryze, and we know he is in search for other World Runes so he can burn the world. Basically, doing the exact opposite as what Ryze is trying to do. Lissandra Lissandra is very ancient and powerfull, and it wouldn't surprise me if she had a World Rune. In the champion ability display, in the LoL client, we see Ryze attacking Lissandra. We know that most champions (if not all ) are atacking champs they are enemies with in the ability display client. Plus with the upcoming Freljord lore update, this is an oportunity to tie lores together. Veigar Ok so hear me out here. We know Veigar belives himself to be truly evil, but no one takes him seriously. What if Veigar wants to get the World Runes so he can rule Runeterra like an evil overlord (cough cough Mordekaiser) , and Ryze wouldn't allow this to happen? These are the champions I think would be think the best picks to be the antagonist of Ryze in his upcoming short cinematic and that I also would like to see the most. What champions would you want Ryze to fight in his short cinematic and who do you think would make a good candidate for that?
