Soraka's bio was based around Warwick wanting to kill her to get her heart, so Singed could use it to create elixir for Warwick, so he could became the ultimate hunter, resulting in Soraka getting kicked out of celestials. Now in his new bio Singed forced Warwick into it, so he doesn't really have a reason to try to kill Soraka. She's not even mentioned in his new bio. It feels incomplete on Soraka's side.
is due for a new lore, however she no longer has any relation to 
hence why her lore was not updated with his, they have never met in the new lore.
Soraka's new lore with probably delve into how the celestials of the Lol universe operates, which is not something Riot wants to mess up, as it completes the second half the Targon lore that brought more questions than answers.
Notice, even with 
's new lore, we got info on how Eve operates as a demon and how she came to be, but this isn't the same as being able to say this is what a demon is.
, Rhaast's side of the lore completely untouched.
's lore did a good job of introducing the demigods and defining them to some extent.
The Vastayan update 
was the most informative, where we got the history behind the race, stories from multiple different tribes and how they interact with the world around them. We can say for certain this is how and where the Vastaya derived from, but also Riot still managed to include the mystery of the "shape shifters/ animal shifters"

TL;DR: Soraka is a celestial, Warwick's new lore has nothing to do with celestials, so her lore wasn't updated.
I am guessing that she will get updated with the new lore that will come out with the release of the irelia vgu since soraka interacts with her in that lore too.
Soraka is very likely going to be related to Targon in some way.

Or Death? I'd assume mauling her and tearing her chest open and ripping her heart out would propably result in fucking Death.
I really hope they mesh her new story in with her updated gameplay mechanics. I think there's some decent "giving tree" story potential with the self-sacrificing healer.
I hope she gets reworked into a "voice of reason" for Warwick to keep his animalistic side in check.
They said she'll get one eventually, but who knows when that would be
