Can this be not a 'only in W' thing? Could it be a toggle (/g or ctrl+5) so it's up more than just in shroud? I understand she's in shroud a lot, but I think it'd be super cool to have toggle instead of just in shroud.

It makes sense thematically that it only applies in the shroud.

In the music video, she only had the neon thingy when there wasn't any lights.
