Rito lost the sound file of a champ, which one was it? Camille?

So I just remembered that Rito said that they lost the original unfiltered files of a champion, and had to keep a filter on, therefore all future skins also have a filter. I just can't seem to remember which champ it was exactly. Was it Camille? Varus? and I can't seem to find the tweet/post anymore :| help
