Has Riot considered changing Varus' name to Vaarus?

So as everybody now knows, Varus is a darkin and the human half of his story are separate characters who his body is composed of. With Aatrox and Rhaast making it seem likely lots of darkin have the double A in their name, I was wondering if Riot was planning or had considered and shot down the idea of changing Varus' name to match his fellow darkin.

I know that in the past Riot have said that not every darkin has the double A in their name but let's be real, that's how a lot of people identify the darkin and there's only 5 of them still alive in total. It might be cheesy but I honestly think having all 5 of the living ones have the double A in their name could be kind of a cool thing that they all share once they are all released in the year 2334. If there are lore only darkin characters they wouldn't need this obviously but I think just for the sake of identifying our champs and maybe making non-lore people go "hmmmmmm, interesting" it could be cool.

This would also make Varus the first champion whose name was changed, which I never ever think Riot should do under any circumstances... except this one. Maybe this one wouldn't be so bad and it would also make my friends who say Varus like V-ARRRRRRRR-us shut the hell up because he's not a pirate and intellectuals pronounce the name V-Air-us.

In all my time at Riot, I have honestly never heard anyone say VAIR-uss or VARR-uss...

It's usually VAH-russ, like "paris" or "embarrass". I do not claim to be an authority on League champ name pronunciation, but I think that was where my British brain went with it, too. :-)

LOL at the way the OP pronounces Varus.

LOL at the way Scathlock pronounces Rhaast.

They already got rid of everything making Varus the character he was, so might as well finish the job by axing the name too.

I support this change. Also, Lore-only Darkin should totally be subjected to the double A rule, no reason why they shouldn't. I think that it's a neat, unique gimmick that actually gives cool flavor and uniqueness to their identity.

I actually feel like the double A rule would add much more depth to the Darkin. It implies a cultural tradition.

I HAVE THE ANSWER. Aatrox and Rhaast each have only one person, 2/1 =2 Varus has to split his A's so 2/2=1A [zombie-brand-mindblown]

I always wondered about why he was the only Darkin without the bonus A in his name. I mean...

Aatrox Rhaast Vaarus? (Vhaarus also sounds interesting lol)

Honestly,Rhaast and Aatrox look quite different from Varus,so the double A might be just exclusive to some darkin.
