Currently, yordles, somehow, are said to embody the ideas and personalities with a region. They are said to be magical beings that morph and are born into their form based on the society (or perhaps lack of) around themselves. So, how does Gnar fit into this? Well, we know that Gnar was born within the Ancient Freljord long ago. So, what if Gnar existed during the time of Avarosa and the Watchers? Gnar's family were attacked by the Watchers, seemingly, based on the teaser story leading up to his release. Avarosa and the Iceborn were used by the Watchers in order to conquer the ancient world, so this makes sense. So, what if Gnar and his family embody the barbaric and angry nature of ancient barbarians? His incredibly bulky Mega Form allows him, as a yordle, to become as strong and barbaric as the creatures and humans within the barbarian tribes. I think this makes sense, but am not sure exactly. I could be missing something here.

I'm just confused why everyone thinks that Gnar was born and lived in the Freljord; the place that the length of a continent and a sea away from where Gnar presumably hangs out. Wouldn't it make more sense for him to be from the jungles, have met the Frozen Watchers when they expanded out to conquer other territories? Where do people get the idea from? It confuses me to no end.

Yordles dont always "embody the ideas and personalities with a region".

Gnar is a baby yordle right?

I wonder if there are currently still baby yordles, or if it's something like from Fairy Odd Parents where a new baby yordle is like super rare.

I think his title "The Missing Link" is a huge part of his lore. He is the missing link from the past ice watcher most likely stuff and today, also his power seems really unique so there's some mystery. Pretty interesting I think he will have a huge part in lore but people first gotta decipher what he's saying. Also he seems like a child so their is that too, really cool character story wise, so much potential.
