Pretty much every champ from the 2016 Era who's name isn't Jhin could really use a skin. (Aurelion, Taliyah, Kled, Ivern, and Camille). Which really sucks because they can all be explored in so many cool and unique ways.

He honestly fits into so many themes but making it should be challenging.
He's just another one of those champs where it's hard to make skins for because of his particles. He will get one soon enough though.

Here's a simple explanation as to why he doesn't have and won't get skins: nobody cares about Sol. Hate to burst your bubble, but it's true. Especially considering how much work it will take to create one for such a graphically complex model like his. Not worth the hard work put in because nobody will buy it. A Jhin skin on the other hand will net the company a shitload of money, because he's one of the most popular and beloved champions rn. And Riot knows this, and as any business will do, they will milk the shit out of it. They're not interested in pleasing a tiny minority of Sol players or Cassiopeia players because making skins for them won't net them any money in return. Sad but true.
