It could be any moment. But the new icons warn't listed in the new patch coming tomorrow. So its possible not these 2 coming weeks or riot are plotting an surprise event.

Ah btw Riot accidentally released yesterday a new story about Brand. Looks like his human host was Ryze's apprentice. Sadly they deleted it because it was released too early
