Is Qiyana the Seal Sister?

"I have raised jungles, shaped land, commanded rivers", sounds alot like the next demigod in line. And all the demigods we know about to this point are Anivia, Volibear, Ornn and the Seal Sister. Is Qiyana gonna be her?

Ornn, Ram God: Looks like a ram. Lives in Freljord. Anivia, Phoenix God: Looks like a phoenix. Lives in Freljord. Volibear, Bear God: Looks like a bear. Lives in Freljord.

Seal Sister, Seal God: Looks like a normal human girl. Lives in jungle.

Isn't the Seal Sister actually URF?

At least that's what I thought, that Riot would hint at URF existence in the actual lore too.

As much as I really want the Seal Sister in game, Qiyana is not going to be her. She's in too different of a region entirely.

She does raise some interesting questions on what she is though. Is she also a demigod from a different part of Runeterra? Do other regions than Freljord have demigods as well? Or is she just different entirely?

Would actually be pretty cool if she stole the powers of the Seal Sister by obtaining the demigod's weapon and is posing like a demigod, hence her name.

Then all the other demigods show up and knock on her door ...
