First of all, Akali's bio was great. We see the other side of akali and just like any other ionian champs like irelia, noxus spark up akali's sadistic nature into killing humans because her homecountry was being invaded. i hope Shen gets her back into the brightside. Plus, a Kennen Cameo, OMG!!! and is his new title heart of the Tempest?? Then akali's mother, Mayym Jhomen Tethi (wtf, how do you pronounce that shit lewl, i'll just pronounce her a May-yum Jo-men Tet-Hi) was a fine addition with her father, Thano (lol, I'll call him thanos) which I assume is gonna be part of Zed's clan/Dead/Go to a diff route because he didn't join akali, mayym, kennen and shen when they go to the eastern mountains to rebuild the kinkou order. And wtf, the old kinkou is now Zed's headquarters which he renamed as the Order of the Shadows.

Lastly, maybe they'll reveal her color story in a latter date, maybe 1/2 weeks prior today and might come with all other ionian bios/kinkou lore.

This isn't everything they've prepared for her, I think.

There is a heavy nihilist ideal in writing in Riot these days, almost every story released displays not only disagreement, but clear rejections to anything spiritual or philosophical. From the existence of toxic atheists like the re-written Urgot and Jhin emerging onto the roster, turning spiritual and wise-mind characters like Irelia and Karma into the exact opposite of what they were (Irelia is now only interested in revenge, and Karma is now just a vulnerable nobody who's possessed by a wise ghost as opposed to how it used to be that she HERSELF is enlightened), to using Akali as the writer's pawn to express how they personally believe 'balance' is a stupid concept and without any discourse as per usual.

I don't personally see it as a good sign, both the unrestrained propagation of nihilism in the stories of LoL, but also the fact the stories have become utterly 1 dimensional because the writer seems to be unable to write anything else apart from yet another piece pushing their 1 single personal outlook; which the latter is definitely not an indication of competent writing.

But this is just my opinion.
