You know the body ~~horrors~~ beauties he makes in his teaser trailer and also confirmed in his lore? Is it only something that Jhin can see or something other can people can see as well? Or is there a major difference between Jhin’s point of view when compared to the majority view?

To give an example, let’s say Jhin makes a flower out of a person’s intestines. Can only Jhin see such a flower and other people see a lot of blood and a ripped abdomen or can the other people see this “flower” too?

What I see and what my audience sees are different. What I see as a flower, they see as flesh and bone twisted to resemble a flower. They describe what I see as delusions. They aren't real. Oh, but they are. You just don't understand. Once you understand, once you honestly, truly understand, then you will see. They will all see. You will see the beauty in what I do... Eventually.

Only Jhin sees his artwork this way. Everyone else just sees slaughter.

Now, the question you should be asking is: which champions appreciate Jhin's creations the way he does?

Jhin does use magically infused bullets and other people are shocked about their effects in some stories,so it is likely that Jhin does really transform some parts of his victim into his "art"(represented ingame by killed enemies turning into bombs),the difference being that only Jhin sees his art as actually beautiful while everyone else freaks out about the gruesome side of it.
