Pre-Order Custom Skins

Idea.

What if we all started pre-funding concepts for skins with target deadlines like a GoFundMe/Kickstarter page. A concept would get pitched by the community. The design team would approve something as being reasonable, and then we'd all pre-purchase the skin 9 months out. If the skin is on deadline, everyone who paid gets one, and then it goes to the store for others to buy it.

If it doesn't meet the deadline, we get the RP back. This reduces your risk, increases the engagement of the community, and supports the most amount of players.
