Since all of the champions listed on the last roadmap are out are these 2 should be coming in the month or months or weeks ¿ Does someone remember how they did with timing when it comes to new champions and rework releases ¿

February, probably. There's almost always one big release per month. The roadmap will be here not long after Sylas releases, maybe we'll know for sure from that.
I would guess that they'll be revealed either the week of January that leads into February or the following week.
9.4 is the earliest because roadmap is confirmed to be after Sylas and it will go in detail for them, thus cannot be 9.2.
They'll most likely be revealed a patch after Sylas is released.
Pretty soon, cause it looks like Sylas is going to throw Demacia into a civil war and force the Lightbringers to declare an emergency police state and give ruling control of all of Demacia to Kayle.
Sometime after the release of Sylas. My guess would be that they'd get released in the middle of febuary or at the beginnign of march, as there'll be likely 1 or 2 patches between the release of sylas(who'll likely be released next week) and the reveal of the VGU(and then we'll get them ~2 weeks after the reveal).
So if Sylas gets released on the 23rd january,then Kayle and Morgana will likely be revealed ~6th or 20th febuary and then be released on either ~20th febuary or ~6th march.
Of course I don't have insight about how well the updates for these 2 are going forward,so depending on how lucky/unlucky we are we might get them 2 weeks earlier/later. Though given that Riot announced that we won't get a roadmap until their release I'd actually say that "later" seems unlikely.
