@Sound Team: Announcer Override Toggle?

Hello,

In either 5.22 or 5.23, the Announcer's voice overs had a priority attached to them, so they would override any other active VO at the time of playing. While I can see the logic behind this choice, I'm preferential toward Champion VO, and it becomes very jarring when the sudden overrides happen.

If we could get a toggle for either mode, that'd be fantastic.
