Does Sylas gain experience when he ults you?
Lets say a powerful spell with a huge drawback is copied. The spell's drawback lessens with experience and knowledge. Will Sylas take the full brunt or will he be on even grounds with the target?

In lore Sylas isn't actually copying the spell, he's absorbing it with his petricite chains then releasing it.
So no, it's a catch and release not an actual mimic.
