Champions and where they come from

i made a graphic about champions and their countries.
If you find mistakes or if you miss something pls tell me

first off:
has no birthplace or residence so he's from an independent faction (we basically know nothing about Jax)
lives in Shurima even thought he does not originate from there
is from Urtistan but some believe he now lives in Pitlover
Skarner and Amumu are Shuriman, and Rek'Sai can technically be put there too considering she's lived there for centuries. Conversely Cassiopeia's a Noxian and while she's linked in with Shurima she's still very much a Noxian champion.
Jax kinda doesn't go with the whole Ionian flow even though he's listed as Ionian on his champion page. There has yet to be lore explaining this, so I'd recommend sticking him in independent, at least until his lore's fixed up. Same for Taric and Kayle, but in regards to Demacia. They should probably be listed as independent too. Oh Morgana too while you're at it.
Urgot's Noxian and still fights for Noxus even though the Zaun ties are still there. Coversely Jinx is from Zaun, even though she hangs around Piltover a bunch. She's not a citizen of Piltover as far as we know, so think of the relationship here as more like Mordekaiser to Bilgewater.
Even though Kassadin's void empowered he actively works against the void's invasions. I'd have put him as independent but eh, it's not that easy a call on this one.
Zilean's from Urtistan, and like Jax there's never been any lore explaining why he's listed as Piltovian. Geographically it'd probably make some sense to stick him as Shuriman considering the (likely) proximity of Uritstan to Shurima, but honestly just listing him as independent is probably the best way to go.
That's all I can see at the moment. These are more suggestions than straight up me saying your stuff's wrong; some of this stuff is inconclusive anyway.
Jinx actually seems to be from Zaun,she just likes to wreck things in piltover.

Janna was born in Zaun, but lives in Piltover
Maokai is from the Blessed Isles (aka Shadow Isles)
Urgot from Noxus.
Warwick from Zaun
Cassiopeia from Noxus
Poppy from Bandle and Demacia
Heimerdinger, Ziggs and Corki are from Piltover and Bandle
Ammumu is from Shurima and Bandle
Kennen from Ionia and Bandle
Jax is unknown
