Will there be more Lore?

So are we ever going to get more insight on Talon and Quinn? Will they meet each other one day or cross paths? Become friends? But the point to ponder is why would the Demacian scout be thrilled by a assassin who kills several men and women for paid contracts. Honestly, I would frown upon the fact if they both even sat together near each other. They are like the polar opposites no? One kills, murders, and the other watches, infiltrates, provides intelligence. How come there is no bounty on Quinn? LOL. Or is she too passive in her operations that people do not even notice.
