How do you toggle the ranked helmet on/off

I've only got the option for prestige border and ranked border with my icon showing, no actual ranked helmet armor thing

Hmm, for me its at the summoner icon selecting menu.

The ranked helmet armor and the actual ranked border are one and the same. If you want one without the other, you are, unfortunately out of luck. It can't be done.
