Ionia is a big place. I don't think Kayn knows all the Ionian champions any more than I know everyone in the United States.

He's probably aware of Jhin, but likely has no/little personal interactions or concerns with him.

When Kayn does a quadrakill he says "Perefection is near...". What a fool, he doesn't know that this is perefection. Jhin Jhin Jhin Jhin

No. Ionia is just kinda the default place to put champions now because it appeals to the weeb playerbase... which is vast. The last two champs were from Ionia too.

He most likely has as much to do with Jhin as Akali does.

Jhin was tremendously publicized in Ionia as a demon, no human can do that what he did, which was his selling point that later served as the shock factor upon his reveal, while the public may not have been aware of Jhin , certainly people in power were, y'know, Shen , his father and Zed dun dun dun dun. Jhin is presented as the master mind, and the slippery danger that interconnects Shen and Zed at one point after Zed 's betrayal. All of this, to say that Jhin is a great influence on Zed who is Kayn 's master. (the lore needs to be fixed because it makes Jhin feel unnecessary and disconnected from the champions he is associated with) It would only make sense if they had a faint relationship, I am sorry I just fucking ship them.
