Annie's Kit and Voice Lines Do Not Fit Her New Backstory

Annie's kit is built around someone who has a lot of control, steadily building up in a controlled manner, building up and holding back and then unleashing when the time is right. This kit fits with her old backstory of being a gifted child of a couple of outcast mages, but it doesn't fit with her now being a hedgewitch with little control over her power.

I think one of the two need to go, given we already have a child champion with control over their magic and that we have no casters without control I think it's worthwhile to pursue making Annie into an actual hedgewitch with less focus on controlling and holding back.

What I would suggest is a rage bar for Annie replacing her mana. We don't have any ranged champions with a fury system and it would fit Annie's new backstory very well. One option could be for Annie's P to cause a fiery explosion when her fury maxes out, another could be it simply granting her next ability a stun or granting Annie molten shield or even gradually increasing Annie's Arm, Mr and Thornmail effect the more fury she has.

Another problem is Annie's voice lines which are very much those of a child who's in complete control and playing with her foes, not a scared girl who loses control and throws fiery temper tantrums. Ultimately the Annie in the video comes across like an alternate earth Annie, not the one we've been playing. The other option is ignoring the new video that was released, which is a shame since it's quite nice.
