Champion Select Quotes are gone?

I saw that Riot removed the quotes of allied and enemy champion when they're locked in in Champion Select. That was honestly my favorite addition to the new season because it made CS feel so epic. Anyone have any idea if/when this feature would come back or if there could be an option to turn this setting on?
