Considering both the champion are basically explorer; what do you imagine could it be their relationship? (providing there could be one) Would it be respect for a fellow colleague, or perhaps even friendship? (considering the exploration thing and Demacia's friendly relations with Piltover). Or are they just too much different to believe themselves to be on a similar level? Is it Quinn too much the militarist kind to consider a "civilian extravagant" like Ez?

Likely.
Quinn is vehemently loyal to the crown, and directly serves them as a political agent. Ezreal is an explorer for the sake of discovery and personal enjoyment, and while it is not too farfetched to believe their paths might cross, both investigate the world of Runeterra for very different reasons, Quinn for the benefit of Demacia, Ezreal for his own satisfaction.
I dunno how Quinn is an explorer. She may be a scout or an investigator,but not an explorer.
Ezreal is the kind of guy who guys into the ruins and finds historical objects,while Quinn is the one who will scout the region for her squad or track down criminals.
