Damn. These look like cool skins but hopefully this means the Ezreal update won't be pushed back another patch. They've basically said Ezreal is done but can't release him until after worlds, so with the current PBE patch 8.19 being the Worlds patch, I was hoping the new PBE patch 8.20 on Wednesday we would see new Ezreal. I don't even like Ezreal that much but we need to get him before we get to the two new champions at the end of the year.

Almost definitely Heimerdinger. This doesn't fit with what they said the next champion's theme would be, and that voice sounds just like Heimer.
