Alistar

He is one of my favorite champions. I loved his vu and angry attitude. But a few things need an update to make him ore immersive:

1. New voiceover: he needs way more lines. his art is in line with modern champs, but his vo is not. i want to feel his rage.

2. new animation and effects for W: sorry but its not good. its still the old pre vu effect

3. new splashart for his skins: new splashes rock and id like to see the modern version of Ali in his art
