Some potential easter eggs in Xerath's lore in hindsight and to come?

So a few things came to my attention recently. I read this in Xerath's lore, just after he uses his magic to murder the imperial family, and didn't think a lot of it at the time:

"Xerath ensured that the mages of a conquered territory were blamed for these deaths, and Azir’s first act upon taking the throne was to lead a brutal campaign of retribution against its people."

This struck me because it sounds about like the onslaught that Shurima launched against Icathia. You'll note in Icathia, that they'd been conquered for centuries, and then they pull down the sun discs and kill the Shuriman occupants. But then, just hours later, a massive Shurima army spanning all visible horizon appears in Icathia, fully armed with mages, the Ascended, and war machines. For squashing an uprising, this seems like complete overkill, and the speed at which an army of that size appeared just hours after the Icathians took back the city is incredibly fast - as if there was an army already en route to Icathia. We know from the story that Icathia is home to many mages who can weave earth, and apparently other elements, as well as mages who (unfortunately) were able to pierce through the dimension to draw out the horrors of the Void. So in turn, it looks like Xerath may have inadvertently been part of the cause of the dramatic destruction of Icathia, as the Icathians wouldn't have necessarily needed to invoke the Void if the armies going against them wasn't so big and armed to the teeth.

Another thing I noticed, and this only came to mind because I read a post a few weeks ago requesting more development for Brand, but it was these lines in Xerath's lore:

**"Nasus and Renekton were absent from the day’s events, for Xerath had arranged a distraction for them by weakening the seal on a magical sarcophagus containing a beast of living fire." **

"They bore with them the magical sarcophagus that had imprisoned the spirit of eternal fire."

Brand, as we know, is a being of living, unending fire. His origins are unknown, only that he was imprisoned in true ice in the Freljord until recently, when a barbarian released him. We see from what Xerath chronicles, Nasus and Renekton go to subdue and recapture an unnamed living fire beast, but they return to Shurima with the empty sarcophagus. This begs to question - what happened to the fire spirit? They clearly weren't able to subdue it again, because they would have just reforged the seals on the sarcophagus and kept it captured within. If this is Brand mentioned in Xerath's lore, a few things could have occurred here:

1. Nasus and Renekton had assistance from someone from the Freljord who could have been able to wield true ice and create a prison for Brand. We know that Taliyah was able to sail from Shurima, to Ionia, to the Freljord, so they must be on the same side of the world. Nasus and Renekton calling upon someone, maybe a demigod, from the Freljord to create a new prison doesn't seem like an insane idea, especially when we consider that Brand was being kept on an island in the frozen seas, and not on the Freljord continent proper.
2. Brand escaped and began burning his way across the world, searching for World Runes. For centuries, Brand could have been chaotically roaming the world leaving destruction in his wake, until making his path to the Freljord where he was foolishly captured and trapped on an island. There's quite a few questions here about Brand and this being of fire mentioned in Xerath's lore, and I hope eventually we can get some illumination.
