Well to be honest,it kinda makes sense for Ezreal to fall in love with a girl that resembles him.
I mean, my best friend and his sister have two different natural hair colors. Him having brown while she has blonde. It's not much of a stretch to think that the same thing happened with Garen and Lux.
Lux and Garen aren't exactly siblings. they are siblings in arms. it explains why both of them shout "Demacia!"
