How do i get the gun goddess skin for MF and the elementalist lux skin in the PBE server? I see that it is available for purchase in the north america server but when i log into PBE it says its unavailable for purchase.

Afaik they deactivate some of the skins that have already been released since they dont need any more testing, which is what the pbe is for. So maybe you can get them from chests but idk if they are enabled for those.
