They already said they would do this multiple times now. Illaoi just got a skin. They are definitely paying attention but making more posts about it and cluttering up the boards won't make them work faster.
Uhm but in the current Pbe patch there is a skin for Galio,who hasn't gotten a skin in years....
Not to mention the skins for 
who were all for champs that went ignored by the skinteam for quite a while(and they announced already new skins for 
and some others)
I would love to see all the champs have at least 5 skins each before Ahri, Lux or Miss Fortune get more skins
What really pissed me off is how she did not even mention
